Remove the ability to heal while wearing them. It makes no sense that you can use a medikit while wearing long sharp pointy metal claws. -------------------------- Message 1989 from *ideas (#504): Date: Mon Jun 30 10:22:50 2003 CDT From: Ferox (#11884) To: *ideas (#504) Subject: Maximum KO time. Somehow, I'd like to see if replicated items which don't cost anything can be moved freely between characters. In otherwords, if someone is as petty to steal these items, I'd like to see a change of rules since it's more of an inconvience of quota, then true 'cheating'. I honestly don't think it makes sense to even steal these, since it's more of an OOC harassment, then any useful creation. The obvious exception being weapons, but stuff like bioscanners, and medikits are just stupid. -------------------------- Message 1991 from *ideas (#504): Date: Wed Jul 2 17:55:12 2003 CDT From: Dante (#10660) To: *ideas (#504) Subject: Modified GPS code. I think that gps as they currently exist do not function properly. Now I know that CS is our sister MOO, but they have a way to take the .size property, and convert it into 'blips' on the radar. So when we map with gps, on top of the terrain, we'd also see modified blips based on the contents of the room to alert us to an object. This would be great for searching for complexes, and other large areas beyond the traditional X marks the spot that currently occupies the wasteland rooms. -------------------------- Message 1992 from *ideas (#504): Date: Sat Jul 5 21:38:18 2003 CDT From: Devon (#23970) To: *ideas (#504) Subject: Newly created characters should automatically be joined to the newbies communication channel. -------------------------- Message 1993 from *ideas (#504): Date: Wed Jul 16 20:42:51 2003 CDT From: Red_Fang (#5907) To: *ideas (#504) Subject: PK's So, it is kind of faulty that a person who annoys and agravates a person into becoming a PK can then continue the agravation and insults and also kill you without suffering. This is a over and over thing.. So I suggest an Eye for an Eye.. So besides being forgiven for a pk you can also lose it by being killed by the person you pk'd.. So think about it.
