As far as I know, there aren't any lists that players can use to find out what non-restricted features they can add, though that would certainly be useful. Previously, GM's would post to public lists when they made a new FO, but posts get deleted and archived, so unless you've been reading mail regularly for the past decade, it's tough to keep up with them. Anyway, some of these aren't very useful, some may not work anymore, and some might be unnecessary, but none are class-restricted. I had not known that Jaguars were once indigenous to the southwest, mainly Arizona and new Mexico. They were killed out almost entirely by ranchers, hunters of the Bounty kind until they no longer ranged in the US. They were still migrating through Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula (Where Inca's worship them as Gods), the Rainforest and jungle. They are coming back in the US, in Arizona and New Mexico by migrating up from Mexico. They are very endangered and I was pleased and surprised to hear that several have been spotted in Mountains surrounding Tucson. I always thought out Mt Lion/Puma of the American SW were larger than Jaguars. Anyway there were a lot of facts and wonderful potography and video of these beautiful cats. Just thought I would share. The Ghostwheel's properties enable the denizens to be immortal. Influenced by multinational corporations like Dakirion, Kilmore and Shadowfax, Ghostwheel remains a libertarian territory where the only rule of law is the blade. -------------------------- Message 9698 from *Chat (#5391): Date: Fri Mar 18 19:30:31 2005 EST From: dragonmonkey (#33258) To: *Chat (#5391) Subject: Geography: Ghostwheel Location: A territory which covers the former United States of America bordering the Submariner Protectorate, the Northern Pacific Ocean and lies between the Canadian Co-Prosperity Sphere and the Nation-State of Tijuana. Over the course of centuries magocracies, oligarchies, meritocracies, dictatorships and dracocracies rose and fell with little or no fanfare. At best Ghostwheel can be considered a form of anarchy whose borders are delineated by its neighbors for security concerns rather than by the denizens of Ghostwheel. Capital: Real/Time Headquarters Dependent Areas: Prefecture of Jizo, Submariner Protectorate, Toosay Island, Oil Rig Sigma, NAP Sea/Air Terminal, Warden Island Independence: Unknown, presumably the date of the catastrophe Legal system: Two men enter, one man leave. Suffrage: When strong enough to wield a weapon, universal National Anthem: "Maybe" Flag description: None, but seen around Ghostwheel is the final flag of the Republic of the United States of North America bearing thirteen equal horizontal stripes of red (top and bottom) alternating with white; there is a blue rectangle in the upper hoist-side corner bearing 61 small, white, five-pointed stars arranged in ten offset horizontal rows of six; the 61 stars represent the fifty traditional states, ten acquired provinces and the former Federal Republic of Germany. The 13 stripes represent the original 13 tribes of men. It was known as The New Glory. -------------------------- Considerations: Ghostwheel The Ghostwheel affects most areas within the borders of Ghostwheel in addition to several isolated areas beyond the known boundaries. When an individual dies, their soul is borne by an entity known as "The Eagle" to the denizens of Ghostwheel and taken to "The Midrealm". After the passage of an indeterminate amount of time, the individual is reborn in a severely mentally disturbed state. The insanity is temporary and soon the individual resumes their normal lifestyle. Dakirion and Kilmore scientists believe that the crystal phenomena is tied to the Ghostwheel effect. -------------------------- Message 9701 from *Chat (#5391): Date: Fri Mar 18 19:30:33 2005 EST From: dragonmonkey (#33258) To: *Chat (#5391) The following was presented for entertainment purposes.
