Returning after two years away has been a hoot :) There's been some interesting changes, a lot of them for the good, and you guys deserve some positive feedback for the work. I'm trying to generate interest in here elseMOO and have managed to recruit two new characters and a few potential more. Another new character came through word of mouth from one of the newbies I brought. I would be more then happy to provide newbie support for any others that may need it. I do have a request and it's a big one. When Karma left and recycled the swamp it left a fairly huge hole. For a lot of characters, the swamp was the stepping stone (combat wise) between Jizo and the Cemetary. It was enough harder in difficulty to provide a challenge to someone who had outgrown Jizo without being quite so ass kicking as the Grave Dancers and the Worms. Are there any plans on the drawing board to replace that area? It would be a help to have an area like that where battle skills could be advanced without having to rely on sparring. Anyway, I'm back and hope to plunge a little further into the RP world then the surface skimming I've been doing the last week or so. Mostly, I've been reorienting myself and helping a newbie or two get started. Are there any other major changes that I should be aware of? Greetings and salutations :) -------------------------- Message 8979 from *Chat (#5391): Date: Sat Jul 6 19:41:30 2002 EDT From: Raichu (#3791) To: *Chat (#5391) Subject: Re: A blast from the past. If player interest is up, I may well add on to the Cemetery with a lower level area, something a bit heavier than Jizo, but not as powerful as the Grave Dancers and the Worms. --------------------------
